When I set it up to use Stable Diffusion, it works fine. Then I enabled the featured image post thumbnails option and there is a double image on the post when viewing as a visitor. When viewing on the post editor there is only one image. I tried a different theme but no dice.
My goal is to have the thumbnails on the articles on the homepage. Maybe I am doing something wrong. Thanks

It seems you're seeing the same image twice, because your post has it (so it's displayed in the body of the post) and because your theme displays the post thumbnail (made from the same post image) right above the post.
