Is it possible to insert a wp shortcode other than that of cyberseo [or text …] in the template field?

Do you mean some WordPress shortcode that is not declared in CyberSEO Pro? Yes, why not. If you add some 3rd party shortcode, it will be inserted into the posts as is, so it will work there as it is supposed to.
