Hi, is it possible to have an option to make the title automatically as the meta keyword as well, whenever the posts are pulled? What I mean is to have the meta keyword for the post the same as title.

Do you mean meta tags? You can do it like this:

1) Select (enable) the “Create tags from category names” option.

2) Add the following code into your “PHP code <?php .. ?>” box:

Login to see the code

3) Save settings and pull the feed.

Thanks. Not exactly what I was looking for but appreciate the help all the same.

Also, the plugin doesn’t seem to be auto-pulling the RSS feeds for the configured time interval I set. I had to manually pull them everytime. I set up cron job and it appears to be fine. What could be the problem?

Which mode your question is about – “auto” or “by cron job or manually”?

So basically I can set the rss pulling rule as “auto”, set the minute interval and they will update without having cron job? So the cron job is just an additional option to make the rss pull if the status is “asap” right?

Not sure if I'm getting it correct, cause in that thread the guy use “auto” mode while I've been using cron job or manual mode..

Almost right but not exactly. Because in auto mode:

  1. the minimum interval is 3 minutes;
  2. in “auto” mode the feeds with “ASAP” status will be pulled only when some one will visit your blog (a human or an SE spider – doesn't matter). If your blog won't be visited within 10 hours, no feeds will be pulled during this time;
  3. also sometimes (especially when you have some serious traffic) in “auto” mode, the cron emulation could be triggered for the same feed in case if two surfers will visit your blog simultaneously.

This is why cron is better than “auto” mode.

Ok got it.

But how come when I set the cron (I set it as every 30 minutes), the status always is reflected as “asap”? and the last feed pull was always the moment when I pulled it manually. It seems like the cron job doesn’t work or something. I checked and I have wp-cron.php.

Correct. It seems you have a problem with cron job, but not in “wp-cron.php” for sure, because it's just a cron job emulator which is used by “auto” mode. The problem is in your own host which doesn't run cron job for some reason. Please contact your admin to resolve this issue.
