how to use the xpinner using Image Source = Gallery and Custom fields?

for gallery do i need to create a post with a gallery on it?
 
and what is the use of Temporary image folder???

im asking this because i dont want to automatically pin my post & featured image…..i want to automically pin my selected images ( like putting all the images i want in a separate folder in cpanel then let it pin)

Yes, for a gallery the post must contain a standard WordPress image gallery (Login to see this link).

The temporary image folder is used to temporary store the image which while it’s being pinned. This could be useful if all your images are protected against hot-linking. E.g. if all your images are stored in a folder which does not allow hot-linking, then your temporary storage one should have no protection.
