Hi, Why some posts have duplicate images.If you turn off media at the top of the images and thumbnails off  there is no images.Example below for 2 images

These are not duplicates. The top image is your post thumbnail (a featured image), and the second image is the actual post image used for the post thumbnail according to your settings.
