KVS FLV Player Plugin & Custom Fields | Freeware Plugins | Support Forum

Hi. How do I use this plugin to display custom fields? Specifically a video and featured image. I have video url’s and featured image (thumbnails) in my custom fields. I’ve tried all sorts of codes and at most they don’t work or just spit out the custom field text but don’t execute. I’ve tried:

php echo get_post_meta($post- id ‘key’ true)

where the key is the custom field. Then tried adding in the shortcode [*flv:*] (without the stars, obviously) then I’ve tried your advice in a GFY post for using custom fields, like: [*flv:custom_field_name*] and that doesn’t execute. What am I doing wrong?
