I’m a noob who’s getting a lot of duplicates with the CyberSyn plug-in. At the moment I’m hosted on 000webhost.com. I’ve been through the forum here and haven’t seen a clear (to me) description of how to set up a cron. Could somebody please briefly explain it to me? Thanks!

Thanks, but what’s the command for CyberSyn, and where is the PHP file located in the plugin, or does a new one have to be created? Also, I’m in Windows.

EDIT: Sorry, didn’t realize that selecting “by cronjob” in the pull-down would pull up the command. Maybe that piece of info could be there whatever’s selected.

Do you have a SSH/shell access to your host? If not ask your host provider to set a cron job for you.
