Per the instructions I was mailed, I put the plugin in the wp-content/plugins directory.  I activated the plugin, then selected the CyberSEO link on the side menu.  This link is 404.  The link location is...

http://www.    .com/wp-admin/CyberSEO/cyberseo-activation.php

Of course, there is no file in that location, so what gives?
