Does CyberSEO Pro have the ability to pull in webP images from and RSS/Atom feed? Or do I need a plugin (like Login to see this link for example) I am using WP 6.0.1

Yes, the WebP image format is fully supported by the latest version of CyberSEO Pro. I’m also thinking to make an option which will allow you to convert any post images into another specified format.

Please let me know, it you think such a feature will be useful.

I think it would be a nice feature to have the conversion option. I have had at least one client making that request, Thank you!
