Good morning, I will tell you about our case, until Friday we were using the CyberSeo Lite plugin collecting content from the following url: Login to see this link on Friday it stopped working the Lite version and we acquired the pro version, but when configuring  it does not throw an Unable to acquire error, we have been investigating but we do not find the error, since the url worked without any type of problem until last Friday, I hope they can help us help, thanks.

yes, we have tried the installation on another server and with that feed url it works without problem, but on the web server it does not work

In this case the problem is not in the plugin (the code on both sites is the same, right), but in your server’s configuration. Make sure the cURL works correctly there and the PHP interpreter has an appropriate extension.

If that doesn’t help, please contact me with credentials to your WordPress admin dashboard and I’ll take a look at your settings.

You server just can’t connect to a remote host. Maybe that’s your server’s problem (a connection problem) or maybe your server’s IP is blocked by microcontenidos.com admin. So the problem is not in CyberSEO Pro, but in your particular server’s config, which simply fails with a timeout connection error:

You said you have contacted your host provider and he said the server is ok. That’s not true. Your server has issues. Please give him the following test PHP code and ask to comment the results of its execution on your server:
