Hi,

If you view this site Login to see this link it has links. In the links when you hover over it it has a pop up like a tool tip with the news and image from that link. My question is how can I get something similar to reproduce the same thing? Using CyberSeo Pro and on my site?

That could be done by some special plugin, I guess. Your question is about your site behavior. That can't be done with CyberSEO Pro which is intended to generate WordPress posts only. The way they are displayed on the site (including various pop-us and other visual effects) is fully controlled by your WordPress theme and/or special plugins that modify the interface of your site.
