Not with the current version, but I'll think about adding such a possibility in future releases. BTW, how exactly do you see it? Should it be a drop-down list with the all registered taxonomies or something else?

I think my first question was not so good formulated. :)

Let me tell you what I want to do.

I have created a custom post type like in this example. I want to know if the syndicated post can be placed under this post type.

Please tell me if it is posible and how much it costs. Thanks.

So you mean Custom Post Types, but not Customs Taxonomies? This feature is my TODO list already.
