I have entered the API-key at settings and selected GPT as spinner.
However there is no spinning going on. I get the same titles and content. Also there are some pictures added to the content that have nothing to do with the article. I have delted them manually now.

Just a quick note on your second question about unnecessary images. Your feed has image attachments. You have the plugin set to insert them above the post. So if you don't want them, just disable attachments in the "Media attachments" drop-down menu.
