When I open your SpinChmp setting I've got this error message instead of your account info:

Login to see the quote

Looks like your host can't connect to the SpinChimp server. As far as I know they are in process of host upgrade. Perhaps this could be a problem. Contact their support team please regarding this issue and let me know what they say.

An update, with the test script that Spin Chimp sent me I entered in my email/API and it worked. I also installed WP Spin Chimp and it works as well.
