I have been using the reddit preset to pull videos and today I went to check on one of my websites and noticed that in the post in my admin it says "No Items Found" when I view the post on my website it is just showing the thumb but no video, checked on reddit itself and the videos are available, any idea what the problem could be?

Problem is solved thanks to support... turns out my PHP version needed to be changed from 5.2 to 7.2
