I’ve download, unpacked the Pro version a couple of times. The presets folder is empty, the presets are not included.

Is there a page/link to download presets? 

The link Login to see this link only has adult presets.

The presets folder is made for your own custom files. Everything else is already included into the plugin. When you add a feed (e.g. a youtube feed) you choose the according preset. The presets are already downloaded. They just not in the presets folder, but they are updated and maintained.
