Plugin suddenly has dropped my registration info an d won't accept it when I try to re-add | CyberSEO Pro | Support Forum

I’ve been working on a site I’m redesigning all day long and CyberSEO was fine all day. Just now, I wanted to have a look at the settings for a couple of feeds and it wouldn’t let me access anything – over 25 feeds just disappeared – the syndication page was blank! It said I needed to update my registration, so I clicked the link and entered my username, and it said I was good until 12/31/19. Just now I tried again and it accepted my “registration,” but still won’t show me the feeds. I don’t see where I can access an account on your website and so I can’t check to make sure I renewed my registration, though I do keep up with that sort of thing, so I’m sure I must have. Can you help me please? I’m trying to launch this site, but I won’t be able to do that without all the feeds intact. And now I’m panicking pretty big time.
