How can I process sitemap xml? I do not understand what settings to specify so that the plugin follows the links.

You should just add the URL and import it. This is a fairly large file, so it will take some time to download and process. However, I’m not sure what kind of information you want to extract from these pages. Just open any link from your sitemap in your browser to see what I mean.
