Hi,
I have purchased CyberSEO pro today and for some reason it does not show the option to add a feed.
All works fine in the lite version but no luck in the premium one.
I tried deactivating all themes and reverted to the default one (I read on this forum that themes may glitch the app) but had no luck. I am using ionMag theme btw.
Any suggestions? This is very frustrating as this is a paid app and I honestly expected it to work with no issues.

I also have this issue, it worked fine with the Lite version, but after purchasing the Premium version I am unable to see any feeds options. Also the link tabs also don’t work!
I have worked out which plugin is the issue its BuddyBoss Platform Plugin, again this was there when I used the Lite version with no issues.
This is not what I expect with a paid product!

Please enable the debug mode in “General Settings” and post the exact error message.

HI – I also have just installed Pro and can’t see this news feed input box etc.
Running BB theme.
Any solution here? Just paid for 5 licences.

Maybe you will provide an access to your WordPress admin panel? I really can’t fix something what I can’t see or simply reproduce at my test site.

As I can see you all use BoddyPress theme and WPJobManager plugin. I’ve checked site of Login to see this link and found the following JavaScript error:
The following URL doesn’t exist and returns 404 code (I’ve removed the actual domain name): Login to see this link
As a result, the JavaScript functionality is broken and CyberSEO just can’t use it in its control panel.
So if you have a similar problem I suggest you to disable all 3rd-party plugins except CyberSEO Pro and check if an option to add a feed is back. Is so, enable your plugins one by one and always check if CyberSEO Pro works normally. This is the easiest way to find a buggy plugin.

Please make sure to update to version 9.003, which fixes a jQuery conflict with come plugins and themes.
