I simply want to remove the title and post content fetched and replace with my desired title and post content  + my URL

I want to have the following in my posts:

Title:      ” My Site Post # 100″ ” My Site Post # 101″ ” My Site Post # 102″ …etc

Content: ” Hello blah-blah-blah

Image: I would also like to add a URL ref. to each image fetched in each post published.

In other words, when people click on the image it will redirect them to the URL assigned to the image.
