Hello,

I noticed that some of the support topics/posts I previously created in my account are no longer visible. Some of the discussions and topics related to my CyberSEO Pro configuration seem to have disappeared without any explanation.

Could you please check my support account and let me know:

  • Why have some of my previous topics or posts disappeared?
  • Were they deleted by your support team, automatically removed, or affected by a system/database issue?
  • Is there any way to restore or access those previous discussions?
  • In particular, I need access to the previous discussions regarding JNews Subtitle, Yoast Focus Keyphrase, custom fields, Slug, Categories, Readability, and automatic tags.

I did not intentionally delete these topics, so I would appreciate it if you could check what happened and restore them if possible.

Thank you.

Here is a copy of the email sent to you on Wed, 2 Sep 2026:

Unfortunately, I cannot confirm or troubleshoot specific field structures for you because JNews is a third-party product that was not developed by us. The code snippet previously provided was generated by an LLM based on its training data. If the result is not what you expected, it simply means the LLM is unaware of the exact internal handling or serialization logic required by your theme version.

Your question does not pertain to the functionality of the CyberSEO Pro plugin. Please contact the JNews theme developer directly to ask how their metabox fields are stored in the database.

The thread has been removed from the support forum because it is not related to CyberSEO Pro and is misleading to forum readers.

If you did not receive this email, please check your Gmail "Spam" folder and mark this email as "Not Spam." Otherwise, you won't be able to receive support via email.

Please note that this thread will be deleted in 24 hours for the same reason. This forum is intended for questions related to our software products only. Discussion of third-party products, such as the JNews WordPress theme, should be directed to their respective developers.

Your thread mentioned above about the Yoast Focus Keyphrase and its custom fields is located here: https://www.cyberseo.net/forum/cyberseo-plugin/how-to-automatically-populate-yoast-focus-keyphrase-and-keyphrase-synonyms/
