Everytime I pull a feed the following message is generated:

“Notice: ob_end_flush(): failed to delete and flush buffer. No buffer to delete or flush in /home/customer/www/celebnews247.africa/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cyberseo/cyberseo.php(52) : eval()’d code on line 3“

Is this normal and what does it mean?

Yes it is. You have no settings for the output buffer at your server. This is not an error. This is just a notice.
