Are all images fetched with CyberSeo suppose to show up in Media -> Library or not? I am having some issues here. I am thinking, that they may get uploaded to the server, and added to posts, but not included in Media -> Library, but I am not sure…

Both ways are possible. You can simple save images locally (there is a special option in the feed settings) and the pictures won’t be added into the library. On the other hand, if you want to use them as galleries or featured images (post thumbnails), they will be added to the library automatically.
