Is it allowed to sell a tube site made with cyberseo or do i have to remove the cyberseo plugin before selling it?

Depends on your license. If it’s a Single Blog one, you can sell your site with the plugin installed. If you have the Unlimited Edition, you can’t sell the site the plugin is installed at. You have to remove it first. Please read the TOS:
