You should ask them exactly what IP address they need. Also, there is no "IP address" for CyberSEO Pro. The plugin works on the IP address of your server, which can be altered via proxy.

I know that full-text rss script uses the fivefilters.org api, will the ip address of only my server be enough to add to the white list of the rss channel?

The IP address of the Full-Text RSS script is always the same as the address of the site where it is located. If the script is on your site, its IP is the same as the IP of your site. If you upload it on Login to see this link, then its IP address will be the same as Login to see this link. Keep in mind that if your site uses Cloudflare, it will not have a permanent IP address. The public IP of your site will be constantly changed, so it can't be whitelisted. This is how Cloudflare's protection works.
