The feed is ok and I was able to pull it w/o any problem. Perhaps there is some communication problem between your host and thethaiger.com. Mayby your server IP is blocked etc.

As I said above, it seems that your host just can’t download the feed. Go to CyberSEO Pro -> Modification tools. Past the following code into the “PHP Code <?php .. ?>” box and click the apply button. If your server will be able to download the feed, you should see its content on the screen. Otherwise, nothing will be shown.

The PHP code I gave above does not use CyberSEO at all. It’s just a standard PHP function (Login to see this link), which your server runs directly. If your server can’t perform it, I can’t do anything.

If you don’t like to run the test via CyberSEO Pro, you can do it directly. Just put the following code into the root folder of your site (say as yoursitename.com/test.php) and open it in the browser to see the result:

If it will show you a source code of the feed than your server was able to connect thethaiger.com are retrieve the feed, of not… I can’t do anything. Only your host admin is able to fix the problem… and only in case if your server IP was not blocked at thethaiger.com.

That’s not a CyberSEO bug. That’s a specific problem of your server, which can not be fixed programmatically.

You’ve copied the code with an error. Click “VIEW RAW CODE” then copy-paste the contents of the new window.
