I want to know how to restrict the original RSS feed feature image from showing so that I can add my own feature image.

Please specify exactly what you want to do. Don't generate a featured image? Not show it on the post page? How exactly do you want to use your own image in the automatic post generation process?

I don't want to display the original source feed's featured image on my blog. Instead, I would like to add an image from Pixabay or another AI-generated image.

If you set the plugin to use Pixabay image or generate it with AI, it will use that image as featured by default. You don't have to alter any settings for that.

You may also specify your own featured image source here: https://www.cyberseo.net/content-syndicator/#alternative-thumbnail-source

If you want to get rid of all images from the original feed, use this method: https://www.cyberseo.net/forum/cyberseo-plugin/is-it-possible-to-import-full-feeds-without-importing-images/
