I have this enabled: “when enabled the post titles will be linked to their source pages.”

How can I force those title links to open in a new window, so user doesn’t leave our site?

The plugin just creates the posts. Your WordPress theme is responsible for everything else (how the will be opened, shown, formatted etc).
