First of all, you have to decide which exactly language and niche you are targeting, because there are no "universal tables" and it's not a good idea to use a computer-related synonym table on a blog, dedicated to weight loss.

After that find the people who sell the appropriate table, or make it by yourself. Don't make it too big however. About 500-2000 entries will be enough for a narrow niched resource.
