I already try it before, but the problem is that the random image don't fit to title article or to article description.
Can you tell me please what kind of problem can it be?

What can be the solution to this problem?
It looks like you didn't define the "thumb" custom field. Please read the manual: https://www.cyberseo.net/content-syndicator/#custom-fields
I believe you just have to set it to generate post thumbnails from the first image in the post.
