I have tried the settings in auto and with cron, it will add 3 or 4 posts and then stops, I have cron set to 1 and hour so I am lost as to what the problem could be, also is their a way to remove all the text from the posts since this is a pinboard website

There could be two reasons.

  1. There are no new posts in the feed.
  2. Your script exceeds the PHP max execution time.

In the first case you can't control anything. But in the second one, you can fix the situation by increasing the PHP max execution time in your php.ini. Just add the following line there:

max_execution_time = 300
