I use generate from the first post image to create my featured image but I have it again as duplicate below on the post.

How to remove the first picture from the original post?

Because your theme shows both featured image and the post image at the same time.

Is there any code available for PHP Code textbox to remove the 1st image since it's been used as featured?

Or any other way?

The CyberSEO does not render the post content. Your WP theme does it. You shall alter your theme templates or use another theme which has no such an issue.

Alternatively you can enable the "Hide Images" option in CyberSEO->General Settings, but it's not a best solution because all the post images (not just a first one) will be hidden.
