Hi
On my blog 
Login to see this link, I have some encoding problems (all my feeds are in french).
Last time, I use some PHP code, but as private messages have been deactivated, I’m asking it again here.

I would like to use the answer for all feeds, because, almost all my feeds would be in french (with accent)

Enable “Convert character encoding” in the feed settings to convert ISO-8859-1 into UTF-8.

Yes, I’ve got your email. The feed you are pulling uses “ISO-8859-1” character encoding, while the full articles that you are trying to extract are written in “UTF-8”.
So CyberSEO gets confused which exactly character encoding it should use (the title and text body use different charsets). Thus only title must be converted while the post body must be left without changes.
To do this, you must disable the “Convert character encoding” option and add the following code into the “PHP code <?php .. ?>” box:
