Just getting started with the paid plugin and not sure if I need to delete the current one first. Also, how do I preserve my syndication settings? Will they be saved in the database and then be made available to CyberSEO 7, or do I need to export/import them?

You may just disable CyberSyn or remove it at all – doesn’t matter, because nothing will be lost: the syndicated posts, the added feeds with all their settings etc. So don’t worry about it.
