Hello,

today I wanted to import via CSV and can’t because the “CSV or text dump” button is not there anymore. How can this happen?

Edit: you can see it here: Login to see this link

Looks like a JavaScript collision. Seems your theme uses JavaScript improperly. Switch to a standard WP theme (these have no JavaScript errors) and try again.

I use the divi theme on that site and switched it to a standard wp theme, deleted the cache but still the same problem.

Try to disable all other plugins and enable them one by one. This is definitely a JavaScript collision. Also make sure that JavaScript is not blocked in the browser.

Its happening across all my sites using CyberSEO and they previously all worked perfectly. I haven’t changed anything on the sites.

I see it now. Looks like a bug in CyberSEO JavaScript code. Checking it right now.

UPD: Fixed in version 8.008.

Do we need to update the plugin?

There are two ways to do so. You may wait for 24 hours and the plugin will update itself automatically (General Settings->Disable auto updates must not be selected). Alternatively you can update the plugin instantly by clicking Update the plugin to the latest version on the General Settings page.
