Is there a way i can change how often each feed is pulled? Like 1 post a day from 7 different feeds?

You can setup the updating period and the number of posts to be pulled at once for every feed.

Where would i change the times and number of posts to pull? I only know the cron for all feeds and the auto mode.

Click the [edit] link right of the feed’s name in XML Syndicator and you’ll see the feed settings page. You’ll see “Check this feed for updates every…” and “Maximum number of posts to be syndicated from each feed at once” options there.
