Hi all,

On this particular site, I'm unable to pull feeds all of a sudden.

I put any feed in the field and click syndicate but, as you will see in the video, I go back to the same blank page.

I tried removing the entire plugin and files via FTP and re-installing but I keep getting the same issue.

Syndication log doesn't show any action

The problem is not with the article, but with your OpenAI account. Here is the text of the error message:

My OpenAI API Key is working just fine. I'm using it with CyberSEO on another website.

In this case, the api isn't the issue. The issue, as you saw in the video is that the syndicator isn't taking me to the next page.

The log and video show two different problems. The first issue is related to the limits of your OpenAI account. The second issue appears to be a conflict with one of your website's plugins or an issue with the server settings. Please email us your WordPress dashboard credentials.

I checked the plugin on your site, and it's working properly. For example, I added two random feeds and disabled updates so that they wouldn't generate posts. The only thing I couldn't add was the Amazon feed. Here's the log showing the problem:

As you can see above, Amazon's protection system temporarily blocked your server's IP address due to frequent requests. The following manuals will help you avoid this situation in the future:

  1. https://www.cyberseo.net/blog/fix-amazon-503-error-when-importing-products/
  2. https://www.cyberseo.net/blog/once-again-the-amazon-503-error/

The easiest way to bypass the current block is to use proxies.
