This is how i have added the banners to the post footers but only the first banner is getting displayed?

I’ve just checked it at my test server. The footers are being added absolutely randomly. So there is no bug in the plugin. It seems you are doing something wrong. Contact me on email if you want to order a paid audit of your blog.
