I am trying to get auto comments with OpenAI, I updated the list of authors, created a campaign with a probability of 100 to test it out, and tried visiting many of my posts and also on incognito, but no comments are being added.
I got an OpenAI key entered in the "Accounts" tab.
I am not sure what to do, here's a screenshot of my comment settings page:

Your settings are correct and work fine in a test. Please open one of your posts in your browser to generate the comment, then open your Syndiactor log and paste its contents here.
By the way. You should not use the Davinci model. It works, but it's outdated and has been replaced by OpenAI with GPT-3.5 Turbo Instruct. Use this model instead. It's cheaper and better.
