Getting the following error when I activate the Cyber SEO plugin in a Network Install:

The plugin is not uploaded to your site, so I can’t try to activate it. I still don’t understand how I can help. BTW, what PHP version you run there?

If I upload and activate the plugin you will not be able to log into the site. You will only see a screen that says:

1) That’s not a error. That’s just a warning. Warning don’t stop the PHP code execution. Only errors are critical. So if the message says “Error”, then it it’s a reason why the code doesn’t work. If it says “Warning”, you script will work anyways and you will be able to access youк control panel. Please check this out: Login to see this link
2) The warning message is not caused by the CyberSEO Pro script, it’s caused by WordPress pluggable.php.
Since you are the only customer with such a problem (there are no other users who has reported it so far) the problem is definitely at your end. It can be a conflict with some other plugin or with your theme, or it’s a problem with your server config. First problem can be easily fixed buy you – just temporary disable all other plugins and switch to a standard WordPress theme and only after that try to activate CyberSEO Pro. It’s a server-related issue, it must be fixed by your host admin.
So unfortunately, the only person who really can do something in this situation is your host admin, who can check your server error logs and who has a full access to your server in order to fix it.
