So I installed CyberSEO plugin on a website last night. I have a 5 site license. I’ve only used it on 2 other sites since I purchased it, and one of those sites no longer exists as I let it go back to the domain gods. Anyway, I set this new site up last night exactly the same way as I set up the working website, that is to automatically pull AF articles with the API… and it didn’t work. So I mirrored the exact same settings on the CyberSEO working website and still nothing. So all I did was change the keywords on the site where it was working and now the OLD site doesn’t pull articles. What gives lol.. I even regenerated AF API key to see if the API key had done stale… that wasn’t it. AF subscription still has several months left too. Any Ideas?

The plugin doesn’t restrict the use of Article Force. So it doesn’t matter if you try to use it from a new domain or from an old one. So there could be at least 3 things that cause the issue.

  1. The entered API key is wrong (e.g. was incorrectly copypasted).
  2. Your Article Forge account has exceeded it’s limit on generated articles.
  3. Your site can not connect the Article Forge server (a host to host connection problem, your website IP is blocked by Article Forge or the Article Forge IP is banned by Roskomnadzor state censor if you live in Russia ;))

What does your syndication log say?

1. not that because i even regenerated new AF key and tried. 

2. i havented exceed the api limit. 

3. I am using the “CyberSEO v.9.001. 5 site license” version of your plugin. I don’t have CyberSEO Pro version 9.028. I am pretty sure when I purchased the CyberSEO pro plugin for 5 sites it said it was a lifetime license with updates and email support but now the plugin is saying “pay more money to prolong” and I don’t know what that means? So when I select the campaign that I created and click “pull selected feed now” it says zero post created… sometimes there is an “empty” post made with nothing in it. 

The sydication log says this

[25-06-22 11:06:58] Generating content with ArticleForge…
[25-06-22 11:06:59] Operation failed.
[25-06-22 11:06:59] The post is empty.
[25-06-22 11:06:59] The post will not be added.

Empty I assume comes the feed snippet

</item>

I don’t know what else could be blocking it? By the way, I have created 400 posts before this using CyberSEO… so I don’t know why it would be not working now..

When encountering an issue with CyberSEO Pro, it is important to include your Syndicator Log in your post or email. The Syndicator Log is essential in identifying the problem and providing a solution. You should first analyze the log by yourself if the plugin is not working as expected. In most cases, by reading the log, you will be able to identify and fix the problem by yourself and won’t need additional help.

If you have a problem with a specific feed, please attach the feed's settings exported to a file to your email, along with your Syndicator Log. Do not send screenshots of your settings or links to your site with incorrect posts, as they won’t help resolve the issue. All the necessary information to identify the problem and fix your feed settings is located in the Syndicator Log and the feed settings file.
