Yes, I need a clarification because on my computer the changes saved and they work every time I’m adding a feed.

A help with what? I can’t help with the imaginary problem. The plugin uses an array of settings to save them into a database. It always saves them all together. Please read your own posts here. Do you understand that it’s a bit strange that you are the only one person here who gets these problems, while other don’t? You just said you can not save the settings. How can I help with your server issue? You have said the the Full-Text RSS script doesn’t for you. For a moment its the best full text script on planet Earth. If you can find an alternative, please show it to us.

You just bought a professional product. The “pro” part in it’s name is not a joke. You must be a professional webmaster if you by it. When you buy Photoshop, you do not claim that you can do a Michelangelo-like picture with it. If you are not a painter, Photoshop is not your product. The CyberSEO plugin runs at 47+ thousands of sites right today. You can read the threads here – I will always help if something is wrong, but I can not help the things that do not exist. If you provide me an access to your WordPress panel, I will change the default settings and add any feed you want.

I tried also to see what the error was you are having….   I altered several settings in the “Alter Default Settings” Area….  then tried to add a new feed and the changed default settings worked for me….

I think is it possible you are changing the preset from Default to something else other that Default or Atom/Rss ?

If I am correct changing the default settings will only change the default settings for Default and Atom/RSS presert “Select processing rules (preset):”

To change other default options for other Presets then you will have to alter code in the preset file…

I think that helps ?  I’m new to cyberseo and I am still learning cry

I suggest you change your tone buddy!!! Focus on the issue and stay professional!!

I’m focused on this particular plugin since 2006. If you are doing something wrong, just provide me an access to your WordPress control panel, so I could check it for you. As you can see, it works for other customers. It doesn’t work only for you. Please understand that I can help you only with an access to your site. I can’t see your settings. I can not alter them to reproduce the issue.

Once again, I did what you say (step by step) and posted an screenshot, because I really was unable to reproduce your problem. The other customer has posted that he can’t do it either. What should I do?
