There seems to be a misunderstanding. RSS feeds don't include "read more" links by default - those are more common on web pages with excerpts. Your RSS feed is generated by WordPress, and automatically includes a link to the original post (<link> tag), so the plugin doesn't change that behavior. The "read more" you're referring to is probably for visual presentation on your site, not within RSS itself.
Please clarify if I misunderstood your question, and I'll be happy to help further.

The "Read More" link you're referring to is on your website, not in the RSS feed. These links are displayed by your WordPress theme, and how they are managed depends on the theme's settings. It may add a "Read More" link whenever an excerpt is used, or only if there's no excerpt at all. This link isn't imported from the RSS feed itself.
If your theme requires posts without excerpts, you can regenerate them without excerpts. In the "Post templates" tab, leave the "Post excerpt" field empty (delete the placeholder from there) and regenerate your posts. See the documentation for more details: Login to see this link

Perhaps you want to add a link to the original article you imported from another feed, rather than modify the RSS feed generated for your own site? If so, you can do it using one of these 3 methods:
- Login to see this link
- Login to see this link
- Login to see this link
All of these sections of the manual explain how to add a link to the original article.
