Hello!
I've been able to have someone create a flash video and I've been able to embed it into the Wordpress site I am wokring on. However, I'm not able to get the 'link' image to show even though I've followed the directions of how to indicate where it is located on the site according to the FLV's instructions:

Where url – URL of the FLV video file you want to embed; image – URL of a preview image (shown in display and playlist); width – width of an FLV video (optional parameter, default: 450); height – height of an FLV video (optional parameter, default: 317); link – URL to an external page the display, controlbar and playlist can link to (optional parameter, default: #); player – URL to FLV player (optional parameter, default:

This is the line of code that makes the flash video show in my Wordpress site, with the link coding showing in blue: (the link image size is 300×169) and can be seen as existing on the server when copying/pasting the link code into the browser)

Can someone give me a hint as to what I'd missing?

Thank you for the link. I’ve downloaded the player, but I also see the Common Creative License link, and I’ve looked at the verbiage. I’m not certain how to (or if I may, at all) apply/use the Common Creative License since I’m putting this on a site for a business.
I’ve asked LongTailVideo for a ‘waiver’ based on the below:
There is this entry on the Creative Commons site which, as I interpret it, does not allow me/the website/the business to use it:
Noncommercial — You may not use this work for commercial purposes.
Then, there’s this entry on the same page:
Waiver — Any of the above conditions can be Login to see this link if you get permission from the copyright holder.

However, this puts me back at the situation that prompted my request for help:

I cannot get an image to show (where the “play” icon appears) when the page pops up with the video on it. It’s background/image pre-playing is all white.
From the coding above, can you possibly see what I’ve done wrong?

OH WOW! …
Nevermind, Admin. The link and cover-image work now!
I don’t know what has changed, but it’s working. (I did remove the ‘login’ part of the page within Wordpress. Maybe that was keeping the image from showing. However, it’s working now!)
