I have a video feed which gets videos from a Youtube feed.

I know that the url is saved in the cyberseo_post_link field. But I also need to save it in a different custom meta field "video_post_embed" due to the template I am using.

But I can't seem to find which variable to use in the CyberSEO "Custom Metadata" form in the Advanced settings:

I have tried:

link->video_post_embed
post_link->video_post_embed

These give me no data. What is the correct variable to use?

Or do I need to use a php script in the expert settings instead?

The post link is accessible as %link%. Please find more details here: https://www.cyberseo.net/content-syndicator/#custom-fields

I don't understand.

%link%->video_post_embed

does not work in the custom field setting (no data provided).

Do I need to use this in the advanced tab:

$post['custom_fields']['video_post_embed'] = $post['link'];

Sorry, I thought you wanted to use the custom field value as the post link. If you want just to get the link value, it will be "link" for RSS feeds, but for custom XML feeds it depends on their structure. Check the structure of your feed using the "Preview mode" drop-down menu.

You can post a piece of the feed here so I can give you the exact solution.

It's just the standard YouTube playlist feed:

In this case your custom filed settings will be the following:

That's because the link tag has no value, but it has two attributes: rel and href.

Here is a quote from the documentation:
