Hi Team,
I have purchased CyberSEO Pro, upon first use looks like it is broken.
CyberSEO parser error: 68 (XML_ERR_NAME_REQUIRED). Perhaps the feed is unreachable, broken or empty.

can you please let me know what went wrong?

According to the error report above, I could say that:
1) The feed you are trying to parse is unreachable, broken or empty. Can you post here the actual feed's URL?
2) Seems that the presets folder does not exist in /home//public_html/wp-content/plugins/cyberseo/ or you have specified a wrong server path for it in General Settings -> Preset directory as described here: https://www.cyberseo.net/general-settings/#preset-directory
