Hello. 

Recently purchased the Pro version (corporate client). We have installed. On entering an RSS feed and pressing Syndicate, it processes for a few seconds, then I get a totally blank page. Also when I click 'alter default settings' (as I want posts in draft), again, I get a totally blank page. I have used the free version for a number of years. Why am I getting a blank page?

We are using PHP (7.2.34) and the plugin is also suggesting caching plugin needs an exception. Could either of these be the problem?

Perhaps something is wrong. You should enable the PHP debug mode in CyberSEO Pro -> General Settings. When a error occurs, it will show you the code.
