I ran into a problem that I have thumbnails of ads when viewing. Is it possible to somehow force images from an alternative source (Google images) to be inserted into thumbnails?

You can use this option:
Post thumbnails: Find a relevant image using GPT
Of you can do it like this:
Post thumbnails: Use the alternative image source
Alternative thumbnail source: %random_image[%post_title%]%

I did everything you said, but still images from the original source are substituted. Is it possible to forcibly substitute from Google? Maybe exists PHP code that can solve my problem?

It always works. The problem is that “Use the alternative image source” and %random_image[%post_title%]% may simply not find images to match your article title. In this case, a more reliable method would be to use “Find a relevant image using GPT“. But again, your articles are in Russian and I wouldn’t hope that Google Images has suitable images with Creative commons license.
If you have a suggestion on how to organize image search by article titles like “правительство отменило пятипроцентный налог для производителей пеньки, работающих в рамках федеральной программы импортозамещения”, please share it and I will surely implement it in the plugin. To be honest, I just don’t understand how exactly a relative image can look like…

I understand that in most cases it works, but when publishing from some sources, this problem occurs.
Perhaps these pictures are embedded in the rss code itself. And I make a request to search thumbnails in English.

I don’t understand what you mean by using. If you talk about random image, i searched different request and find which i need. In one feed i use as alternative source is using %random_image[economy wallpaper]%
