After purchase, I did not get a download link for the plugin, nor a login credentials link. To access this forum, I had to figure out that your site uses WordPress and use the password reset function of it to generate a new password for the account which seems to have been generated for me correctly. However, I am still not able to access the downloads section of the site, as it seems to be protected by a HTTP password, where my account does not have access.

I am waiting for a solution.

If not, I am asking for a full refund of my payment, as I did not get the product.
