I am rebuilding a blog for a client, which currently uses feedwordpress.  If I go to purchase the plugin, my question is this

I am working on a url for example dev.livesite.com but when it goes live it will not have the dev. in the url.  So my question is if i put in the url of livesite.com, can I still develop the site on dev.

I see. Yes it's ok to setup the plugin on the test subdomain for the development purposes and then move it to the main one. You just need to notify me about that by email.
